At Radiant Rockz, every jewellery piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Since jewellery is a personal and delicate category, we maintain a strict Final Sale Policy on all purchases. However, you do get a 6-month limited warranty on every product.

 

--- 6-MONTH WARRANTY ---

All eligible jewellery purchases are covered under a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers: finish integrity, plating quality, and stone setting.

The warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, chemicals, water exposure, or physical impact.

 

--- FINAL SALE POLICY ---

All orders placed on our website are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or personal reasons.

We kindly request customers to review all product details, dimensions, finish, and styling carefully before purchasing. Our team is always happy to guide you before you order.

--- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS ---

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, share:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging, AND

- An uncut, unedited 360° unboxing video showing the unopened package through to the product

Once reviewed, our team will provide the most appropriate resolution — which may include repair assistance, replacement, or another suitable solution. Our priority is always fair and prompt customer support.

IMPORTANT: Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

--- UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY ---

An uncut, unedited unboxing video with a clear 360° view of the package and product is mandatory for any claim related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

The video must begin before opening the package and continue without any cuts or pauses. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

 

--- ORDER CANCELLATION ---

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

--- REFUNDS ---

Refunds are issued only when:

- The product is out of stock after ordering, OR

- A verified defect is confirmed by our team

Refund timeline: 5–7 working days to original payment method.
